Hi everyone! It’s me, Tonya and I am here to share my card I created for this month’s birthday theme challenge.
I have been really into pastel colors lately and decided I would start with a pink piece of 8 1/2″ x 5″ which I folded in half to create the card base. I cut a piece kraft and printed cardstocks slightly smaller than the front and inked all the edges before adhering to the base of the card.
Next I glued a mint green doily to the base along three scraps of patterned cardstock from my scrap stash and trim.
The
cupcake image is a printable that I sized up. I distressed the edges and inked. I added a sequin and a
Dew Drop to the top of the cupcake and tada…finished! 🙂 If you have any questions about this card please let me know.
Thanks for stopping by, hope your Friday is awesome and enjoy creating!
Hi there,
I’m Christina from the Crafty Card Gallery Design Team here to share a birthday card I created for this months challenge.
What I like most about this cupcake stamp is, you can do so many different things with it, like change the colour of icing, layering the cupcake for dimension.
The possibilities are endless.
Thanks for stopping by and happy creating!

Hi everyone! It’s me, Tonya and I’m here to share a card I created. This month’s theme is chocolate, cookies or sweets. Well, since I have an embossing folder of cupcakes and I found this cupcake journal card which is from Crate Paper I thought this is the perfect combo. The cardbase measures 4″x5″ folded and the cardstock is from Craft Smith Gradients Collection.
I added a red sequin and a red dew drop to the cupcake to finish off this card. I went simple this month because of the fact that I pinched for time and for fear of loosing electricity since we got about an inch of rain which turned to ice but so far so good I still have power. 🙂
If you have any questions please let me know.
Thanks for stopping by, hope your Wednesday is awesome and enjoy creating!
