Keep Calm and Eat Chocolate

Hello everyone!

I’m Christina, from the Crafty Card Gallery Design Team, here to share a card I created for this months challenge. Theme: chocolate
I just LOVE chocolate! Especially those little Hershey’s Kisses, they are very addictive. For this challenge I created a bigger version of a Hershey’s Kiss and made it into a card.

It looks good enough to eat. I’m a firm believer that chocolate is good for the soul. So, take the time to “Keep Calm & Eat Chocolate”

February Challenge ~ “Chocolate for….”??

Hi, Beth here from The Crafty Scrap Yard!
Today I’m sharing with you our challenge for this month with the The Crafty Card Gallery design team.  For this challenge our theme was wine, chocolates, cookies or sweets.  I decided to make a design around chocolates as my husband LOVES chocolate!

Here is my design:

For my card I made a box of chocolates for my husband; I will have to make sure to pick up some “real” chocolates to go along with the card so he will be able to taste the real thing!  I like the way this turned out and how much it really looks like a box of wrapped chocolate candy.  What will you be getting your special someone for Valentine’s Day?  More details about my card can be found on my blog here.
Thank you, for joining me
May you have a sweet Valentine’s Day!

Thanks Sew Much

Hi everyone!

I’m Christina from the Crafty Card Gallery Design Team, here to share with all of you a card I created for this months challenge.
Here’s my card. Notice the stitching around it, it’s faux stitching and I used pattern paper for the quilt. It’s easy to do when you don’t have a sewing machine.

The saying I chose “Thanks Sew Much” adds a nice touch to the card with a little bit of “Pun”
Notice the spool, I added fabric twine and stuck a sewing pin through it. It’s a unique way to embellish a stamp.
Thanks for stopping by and happy creating!

Do You Wanna Build a Snowman…

Hi everybody!

I’m Christina, from the Crafty Card Gallery Design Team, here to share a card I created for this months card challenge. Theme – **Snow**

Any “Frozen” fans out there?! I just love Olaf! “Do You Wanna Build a Snowman”… He’s so adorable and quirky at the same time. Check out my snowman card. Although he doesn’t have the same personality as Olaf, he’s unique in his own way.

Take a closer look, notice that the snowman is 3D. It’s pretty cool and brings him to life!

Designer Beth ~ December Challenge “Penguin Wishes”!!

Hi, Beth here from The Crafty Scrap Yard!
Today I’m sharing with you our challenge for this month with the The Crafty Card Gallery design team.  For this challenge our theme was Snow or Penguin. I decided to use the penguin as I have had several other challenges or hops in the past week with snow or snowflakes themes.

Here is my design:

For my card I used this cute penguin.  He’s wearing reindeer antlers a several ornaments are hanging from them.  I used some accent paper that looks like ornaments balls and finished with rhinestone jewels and sentiment.  More details about my card can be found on my blog here.
