Birthday card

Hi!  It’s Jennifer. So I haven’t been doing much crafting lately – despite being inspired by all the cool stuff at CHA. Some cool stuff came so I got to play a little when I made my mom’s birthday card….

I printed a hummingbird image from my computer – from silhouette online store. I colored it with my watercolor markers. It actually came out good on the first try (I’m not a good colorer) and I was too afraid to try & cut with my cameo (lesson – cut out the item before you color). So I hand cut it. I hate cutting by hand but for my mom I’ll do it. 🙂
So then I took some of the thermoweb adhesive and cut it out with my big shot. I then added foil and attached to the card. I went with a understated background so that it would draw attention to the hummingbird and flower.
Here’s the card:

Hope you like it!

Have a great day!!!
