Challenge, Part 2 12/10 & 12/11

Hi!
Back in October, I hosted a blog-a-versary challenge.  Everyone liked it so much I decided to do another…
If you didn’t see the one in October, click the link.  The explanation is that I have a TV in my craft room, and I often watch/listen to the show Chopped on Food Network. If you’ve never seen the show, it’s quite entertaining. Chefs get a basket of mystery ingredients with just a few minutes, and have to come up with an amazing meal. I find the show quite entertaining, especially when the ingredients seem so… random…
Here’s what I told them:
I will send you an envelope with some products in them (paper & embellishments). Each person got the same exact products in their envelope. You will need to make a card using each of the products. You must use at least a part of each of the products, you must be able to tell it was the initial product (meaning if it’s a piece of white paper, you can’t color it entirely another color). You can use whatever products or techniques you want, and the card can be any size. You can also add whatever products you want to the card.
I mailed them an envelope with the following items.
The contents:
2 pearls, a heart shaped doily, some pink/double sided paper, watercolor paper, a strip of metallic paper, and a length of eyelash string.
The only rules were:
You can use as little or as much of an item as you want, provided you must use some of each item and it must be identifiable (you can’t color white paper purple, for example).
The inside of the card counts as well as the front, but it can’t just be a way to dump everything. It has to go with the card.
I gave them a few weeks (just in case the mail was slow), and they created some phenomenal cards!!! I have to say, when I was putting all of the pieces together, I couldn’t imagine any cards as awesome as what was created!

Last time we voted for the favorite card.  This time, I’m going to just pick a commenter and a card randomly to win….  So be sure to comment and leave these awesome crafters some love!
